I've been with Tachyon for over 3 years now. Tachyon truly cares about employee development, training and mentorship. They are always focused on continuous improvement, and open to experimental ideas. They continually reiterate their mission of enabling customers to follow the best practices. My colleagues are extremely insightful, supportive, and open to ideas as well. And the flexibility in potential work locations is incredible since they are based all around United States.
Cons
You must be able to hold yourself accountable to your responsibilities and deadlines. It's fast moving, and they rely on entrepreneurial self-motivated, well-disciplined individuals to stay on track. Also, you need to learn very quickly.
