Pros
Sometimes you get a half day off on Christmas eve.
Cons
It's difficult to capture the level of dysfunction in a single comment. The culture has grown increasingly toxic thanks to the ego-driven CEO/owner, constant turnover of 'leaders', and wild and frequent shifts in strategy.
Compensation is stagnant. There have been no bonuses or raises in years, while new hires have been brought on at insultingly higher salaries and then promptly fired because they aren't given time to adapt to the whiplash-inducing swings in direction.
Transparency is nonexistent, save for instances when HR inappropriately shares confidential information. There are some very long-term employees, many of whom are family members. Many are extremely underpaid for what they do.
