Pros

The creative team is highly supportive. servicing within the team is encouraging and motivating.

Cons

The role of HR within the office seems limited, as all, if not most inquiries are redirected to the support team (HR expects us to reach out to support team directly too.) The SLT places strong emphasis on the P&L performance of all accounts, which is understandable from a business perspective. However, once a project is secured, there appears to be limited involvement or concern regarding how the account is managed or how the work is delivered. Resource challenges are largely left to the traffic and client service teams to handle, without additional support. Given the limited resources available, this frequently results in team members being stretched thin, with no clear long-term solution in place. Opportunities for bonuses, salary increments, and promotions appear to be limited and if there's any, it is concentrated among a select group of individuals, including members of the SLT or those closely aligned with them. An imbalance in workload distribution among individuals at the same rank.

Pros

No pros to mention. Zero. Tag is even suffering financially.

Cons

You are cattle to Tag. You are a dollar sign until you’re too burned out - at which point you’re a liability and swiftly disposed of. Tag is somehow less human than any other agency I’ve worked at. We’re hemorrhaging employees as people flee to greener pastures (anywhere other than Tag) and bring their talents elsewhere. Tag has lost a tremendous amount of talented individuals during my time here whether working them to the bone or alienating them. Their HR department is a joke, run by people who take pleasure in stripping any dignity or rights from employees. We’re not even profitable. Your job will always be in question due to severe overselling while not being provided the resources to deliver. Do not work AT or WITH Tag if you care about your mental health. If the job market weren’t so bad, I would have been out of here a long time ago.
