Some colleagues are supportive. Basic work exposure if you are starting your career.

Cons

This company is full of partiality and favoritism from the CEO. There are no proper policies, everything runs as per mood and convenience of management. Salary is never on time – it usually comes after the 10th of every month, which clearly shows unprofessionalism. Employees’ concerns are ignored and there is no proper HR system in place. If you are looking for growth, stability, or even basic professionalism, this is not the place

No pros. The company is illegally established. It provides all false clauses to hold back your documents like experience letter, no notice period and terminates you with three months of joining saying you were in probation and company holds right to terminate without any reason and no notice period. It also asks you to submit original documents without returning them.

The company is illegally established. It provides all false clauses to hold back your documents like experience letter, no notice period and terminates you with three months of joining saying you were in probation and company holds right to terminate without any reason and no notice period. It also asks you to submit original documents without returning them. Worst work life balance, they have strict timings of 9 to 10 AM reporting and late coming policy with half day leave applied if you login beyond 10 AM. Also, they have confusing leave policies which restrict an employee to take leaves.( Max 7 days of long unpaid leaves in an year, and only 12 paid leaves per year). Also, no diversity and inclusion for women employees, there are no women employees in their IT development team and when they had one employee, they terminated her within one month.
