      Pros

      The colleagues, the friendly atmosphere, the fun lunches. Good for the very beginning of your career to gain experience. Not much extra work outside the office was required.

      Cons

      Chaotic processes, and poor, unqualified management. Hardly ever received any type of feedback. Loads of code/material recycling for new projects. Incompetent middle management in research.

      Pros

      As a college intern, working at Taiger was a wonderful exposure to a fintech startup and the world of artificial intelligence Tremendous community and mentors as well

      Cons

      Not a real con but I worked there at the start of the COVID pandemic so work was fully remote with a significant time difference Would have been cool to be in-office in Singapore :)
