Serious culture issues A lot of favoritism Feedback is their way of keeping people in line. Total opposite of hyper-growth start-up. In fact, it's more of a revolving door and they fired just as many ppl if not more than they hired in 2023. Hiring seems to be an area of weakness for them and has been for quite some time now. Micromanagement is rampant. Leadership lacks management experience and do not always trust people to do what they were hired to do. They have just as many advisors as they do employees and are seemingly directionless without them.
