      Pros

      Free k-cup coffee? Think I got a free pen or two as well.

      Cons

      CEO has a 'flavor of the month' type attitude towards how to make the company run. You'll come in with the leeway to shake things up a bit, no time to get measurable results. Promises made during the interview process are all out lies in many cases.
