The level of micro management is the worst. I have worked in a remote setting before but never seen this kind of pathetic behaviour from managers. They have more managers than recruiters in a team. And all the managers harass a single recruiter. They are all old friends and they don't have the manners to work and they will one day take this company to ground. Managers are like amateurs , babysitted by upper management ,planning to retire
