Health, vision, dental offerings are good, but cost is similar to government plans ($600 per month) No PTO or sick time. If you aren't at work, you aren't paid. If you are considering being a contractor, keep this in mind when you review the salary. Subtract the cost of health insurance, sick time, PTO, 401k with no matching.
