Pros
This was for an entry level role at a Fortune 500 company. I was able to use my experience to get my foot in the door at another IT company in the area about a year later.
Cons
It’s a contract role and from my experience, TalentPro did not work to ensure that it’s contractors were considered for permanent positions at their places of work. Also, the owner takes things personally when she finds out that you are applying for jobs without telling her.
