TalentSphere really has an excellent company structure! With a work from home/remote model the company really provides an amazing supportive and dynamic environment which is hard to do. The technology that we have access to is top of the line and allows me to do my job efficiently and with ease. Uncapped salary and an AMAZING benefits plan really set you up to drive hard and make as much money as you want while also being able to support your family with an excellent benefits program that is better than any I've ever seen. My partner works with a large company and our plan is 100 times better than theirs!!! The group overall works really well together and if there is ANYTHING I ever need it is there in a second. Never have to worry about invoicing, chasing payments or setting up payroll - it is all done!! Marketing, branding, setting up proposals and documents....all this is already established and can be created specifically for you if needed. This is really an amazing model as we are looking at having children soon and I am happy to be able to have a great benefits plan in place with an amazing way to make great money while I develop my career further which is very unique and really exciting!!
Cons
Working from home is not for everyone. It takes a lot of effort and drive to stay focused. It is different from the corporate model and the ladder isn' there which isn't important to everyone but could be for some individuals.
