Pros
- The people! Everyone at TS are incredible to work with. They are supportive, friendly and out going - Work-life balance/autonomy - There is no micromanagement, people are there if you need them but you have the autonomy to make decisions and own the position as your own business within a business - Great commission payout and high earning potential - you get out what you put in
Cons
No cons for me. If you are not used to working remotely it may be a bit of a transition but I love it!
