A company that you should avoid! I was their former employee. From the minute you join them, they want to create the illusion that the company takes care of employees, the phrase that TWG is a "people first" company is constantly repeated ... but REALITY IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! The reason for this is the CHRONIC DELAY in PAYMENT OF SALARIES and manipulation about it! At one point the firm owed me two full salaries, almost two and a half months without pay!!! At that time I was seriously considering selling the car urgently to feed my family (one of my team members actually had to sell his motorcycle to survive while looking for another job!). When I ask their CEO for some payment, the man offered to send me 100 EUR immediately. Do you believe it? 100 EUR!?!?! After two months of delay, the man offers me 100 EUR, with the sentence "believe me, that's the last money in the companies account ..." Is it realistic that the CEO of a company that aspires to be a global leader in the online call centers industry can say that the company has "only 100 EUR in the account"? All of those who publicly rebelled or commented on the situation about payment delays were removed from the company!!! That is when I realized that TWG functions as a cult. As long as you preach the mantra set by the CEO, you are a desirable member of the community. You must always be smiling, motivated, in the mood, to participate in activities(various online sessions that start an hour-two after working hours ...). All that while I was LITERALLY struggling to feed my family!!! Now it's near the end of August, I have of course left the TWG, found another job, but they still owed me a salary for the first week of July! I'm publicly waiving that amount and donate it to TWG. I just wanted to share my experience so that no one should go through this like me in cooperation with this company!
