Thanks for your honest feedback and 3* review. We're always keen to hear all opinions and take them all seriously. I agree that our people are fantastic - friendly, passionate, fun and collaborative. We're also super proud and super protective of our inclusive culture so thanks for calling that out. I certainly appreciate that many years ago we went through a series of restructures as we scaled but I'd like to think this is less so now. Most companies constantly review their structures to ensure they are fit for purpose and can offer the best service and prices for customers and we're no different. Please rest assured though that whenever this has been necessary, it's not a decision taken lightly and we've always done our best to ensure people are looked after. I appreciate your views on Peakon however it's a great tool for us to understand how our colleagues feel and the new functionality where people can leave anonymous comments really does help us understand, in their own words, how they feel. It's great that we have such an open culture and I think it's helped us get to a score of +42. We will of course, keep up the ListenListen feedback sessions too though as you suggest
