      -Nepotism -Don’t know what time you will get off each day -Forced to use PTO for inclement weather days to make sure you get a full check. -Cannot use PTO anytime you want…must first be approved.

      Hours are steady and coworkers are solid

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement as in they will basically spy on you constantly through the cameras in trucks. Even when they are home or at the main office like we're a netflix documentary. They are constantly fishing for anything to get people in trouble and rules change daily. Pay isn't worth the hassle. Favoritism is a huge thing as well. Some people constantly sleep and don't get in trouble while you gotta bust your butt to make sure no delays happen.
