      - You can work from all around the world - Very diverse group of people with lots of different interests - Great product, people, and office - Open for new ideas from within the team - Huge growth opportunities

      - COVID made it impossible to meet colleagues regularly - As a consequence of growth and COVID it lacks the 'team feeling'

      Pros

      Leadership is no nonsense and doesn't buy into the 'growth at all costs' mantra that plagues many other tech companies at our stage. The product is great and is ever evolving. No one is above pitching in to help out on projects or when issues arise. Genuinely great team. True belief in work/life balance exemplified by leadership.

      Cons

      The product is quite technical. We are globally dispersed to trying to coordinate between timezones for answers or internal meetings can be tough.

      no management, lack of transparency from leadership. Quota completely unrealistic. No promotion opportunities.
