Most people came from top-tier schools and storied BigTech and Finance firms... but tend to be down-to-earth/laid-back but also hardworking, fun, and quirky colleagues with unique back-stories. Awesome product-market fit where the platform (almost) sells itself. Cons
Global firm that is constantly building and shipping features, and supporting a 24-7 trading platform being used by some of the biggest traders in the world, may mean some late night zooms (depending on what regions you work in). The explosive growth story isn't for everyone looking for a 9-5.
