If you aren't any of the above, I would say, go somewhere else. There are days that are more stressful than others but life itself is stressful - you can't blame it on others or a company. Just keeping it real.....

I would say the "Cons" are people who always take things negatively and can only say bad things about others or their bosses. It's a bad work environment when all you hear all day are employees who only have bad things to say or talk negative and it spreads to others like a wild fire!

None- every day was a nightmare. I had a person cry on the first day there because of the frustration, confusion and out-right sabotage the leadership was causing.

the "boss" is a text book narcissist with no creativity or design skills that swoops down and mismanages every aspect of the job. Her husband (CEO), hasn't a clue as to how bad things are and goes along with every one of her poorly misguided suggestions. They lie to you, do not honor any contracts, and rule the office with intimidation and insults. Very poor support for design culture and process. When things eventually go wrong, they are very quick to throw you under the bus.
