Pros

passive income, nice customers, customer service experience, money handling experience, previous management was compassionate and understanding.

Cons

management has the inability to work with employees, micromanagement, uniform, no benefits for part-time employees, management has no communication skills, management does not appreciate good employees but instead overworks them and allows the bad employees to breeze by, not considerate of employees with small children, holiday hours, corporate wants an employee with experience and education but fails to train them appropriately thus leaving a know-it-all employee who is not skilled in the company, management is completely over worked thus creating chaos, no direct instruction, etc.

Pros

* Recognizable brand * Opportunities to learn multiple skill sets * Some strong team members * Remote work options

Cons

There is a strong emphasis on ‘making it happen,’ often at the expense of valuing team members. Unhealthy goals have replaced ‘community first.’ There also seems to be a growing focus on optics over substance. Accountability can feel disingenuous at times, leaning more toward retribution than development. Tanger has all the ingredients of a great company, but has lost its way.
