People are incredible. Exciting, fast-paced environment. Always cutting edge in industry. Just a fun place to be.

A lot of redundancy in reporting and positions (corporate).

* Recognizable brand * Opportunities to learn multiple skill sets * Some strong team members * Remote work options

There is a strong emphasis on ‘making it happen,’ often at the expense of valuing team members. Unhealthy goals have replaced ‘community first.’ There also seems to be a growing focus on optics over substance. Accountability can feel disingenuous at times, leaning more toward retribution than development. Tanger has all the ingredients of a great company, but has lost its way.
