No one knows what they’re doing, so a lot of toxic culture, backstabbing, lying to cover up. False sense of urgency to try to blame each other for inability to deliver. Serious integrity issues from senior management. Lots of staff with health issues from stress. Obsesssion with irrelevant things like WFH - the reason people don’t like to come into the office is because of the toxic culture!
