Pros

Employees are great but don't get too attached. Nobody wants to stay around for too long once they understand how the company functions.

Cons

Amateur, insecure, untrustworthy, and unprofessional leadership. Complete lack of respect for employees. Taoti use their "culture" to entice prospective employees. What they fail to say is that it is a forced culture that isn't worth it. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Taoti Creative so far. It has a very different feel compared to larger corporate environments, much more boutique and hands-on. Your work is visible, and your contributions actually matter, which makes a big difference day to day. There’s also a strong sense of ownership across teams. People are expected to think critically, communicate, and problem solve rather than just follow a rigid process. If you’re someone who likes being involved and having your voice heard, it’s a great environment. Leadership is engaged and accessible at anytime. There’s a clear focus on delivering meaningful work for high-level, top-tier clients. It’s a place where you can grow quickly if you’re proactive. Someone left a review saying do not get on the boat, I'm here to say do get on the boat, this is just one of many perks at Taoti!

Cons

The popcorn machine is great, wish they made more at times!

Pros

Strong client portfolio and exposure to large, complex projects Opportunity to operate independently with minimal oversight Talented individual contributors across dev, UX, and design

Cons

Leadership philosophy prioritizes hustle and output over structure, strategy, and employee sustainability Extremely high churn, particularly among roles working closely with leadership Inconsistent policies and unequal treatment across employees Little to no investment in internal systems (budgeting, approvals, feedback loops) Strategy and long-term thinking are undervalued or actively dismissed Culture described as collaborative does not match day-to-day reality Limited psychological safety; feedback mechanisms are absent or discouraged Recognition, compensation growth, and advancement opportunities are poor
