      Pros

      Family business that is well managed with excellent communication from the top. Excellent quality of flooring and prices. Fresh clean stores with a relaxed friendly atmosphere and a professional service. I feel appreciated for the work I do and a valued member of the team.

      Cons

      Retail hours however this is a lot better than other flooring retailers I have worked for.

      Im not even sure what’s good

      Cons

      Greedy management setting unrealistic KPIs so you don’t hit targets and consequently miss out on bonuses Long hours Boring 7pm finishes are unnecessary even once/twice a week
