      Lack of leadership and unprofessional technical management. No HR department. Technical director is a bully and lazy and runs the department by blaming others for his own failures

      I have some nice colleagues and the work is varied, I also enjoy speaking to different people throughout the day

      Cons

      Management don't care about the staff, no pay rises ever, promises are made without any intention to carry them out for the staff member concerned
