      They do have some benefit options, I guess?

      High turn-over, dysfunctional leadership, poor (and sometimes rude) communication between leadership and employees; Leadership having little understanding as to what the employees actually do and get easily confused with our processes. Emotionally reactive leadership.

      If your up for a challenge that can positively impact your personal and professional life, then this is the place.

      Cons

      Pay is not up to industry standards. If your not open minded and teachable you will have a difficult time adjusting to the corporate culture and management expectations.
