Worst management - Assistant Manager Tarantino Properties Employee Review

I would not recommend working for this company. Management is extremely disorganized and communication from leadership is poor. Employees are often left without the support or resources needed to do their jobs properly. There is a lack of accountability at the corporate level, and important operational issues are ignored while other non-essential expenses are prioritized. This creates a stressful work environment and makes it very difficult for employees to succeed. I believe the company has serious leadership and management problems that need to be addressed.
