Pros
As a family owned company, leadership truly places their employees' work/life balance as a top priority, which is something I truly appreciate. I genuinely like the people that I work with every day which makes it easy to come to work!
Cons
TMG has 3 divisions in vastly different industries and has 10 companies within these 3 divisions. Given this, sometimes communication and consistency is lacking between the divisions. However, the company has made this a focus and is making great strides in improving this gap.
