Great workplace - Customer Service Representative Target Copy Employee Review

Above minimum pay, actually “work” only a few months, employees are great and fun,

Limited hours, too many chefs in the kitchen, every other person was on management, obvious favouritism, can only do full time here

There are great people that work there. But then there's the others....

Run by a sociopathic liar who doesn't consider the actual business and it's day-to-day workings when making terrible decisions (like firing tenured employees, replacing necessary printers/equipment, and cheaping out on the paper they supply because margins > customer satisfaction) So, if you want to work to work for an "employee owned" company, expect to not be listened to, have profits put over your wellbeing, and be pressured into doing things that aren't normal from a well-functioning company/owner.
