Toxic salary and gossip culture - Anonymous employee Target Data Employee Review

Awful gossip culture where certain employees will say things to other coworkers about the performance and intelligence of others(sometimes even across departments, where they have no idea what theyre talking about). A ridiculous rule that they "don't talk about salaries" which only benefits the lining of the pockets of management. Two people doing similar jobs can be paid almost half of what their coworker makes but nothing is said. Office printer constantly acting up and rarely fixed quickly by IT.
