      Pros

      Able to gain experience as a manager at a young age with little previous experience

      Cons

      Little to no training, no support, blamatory environment, no sense of investment in employees, no employee motivation, high turnover and high burnout rate. Very little vacation/sick pay, which adds to the burn out.

      Pros

      Getting off early from work and getting weekends off.

      Cons

      Always under staff, course training doesn't prepare you for the work area, most of the time you will be underfunded. Focus is not on the students.
