      Terrible with training, communication and many workers are not professional or knowledgeable of how to educate children effectively

      Pros

      Getting off early from work and getting weekends off.

      Cons

      Always under staff, course training doesn't prepare you for the work area, most of the time you will be underfunded. Focus is not on the students.
