Pros
Its a job and pays the bills - but so is shelf stacking That really is it. Nothing positive at all.
Cons
Your face has to fit. You need to be part of the clan. Seniors and Leads are inexperienced and have been promoted cos they are liked. Salary is poor. If they like you, your safe. If not, they make life horrible. No room to grow. No room for ideas.
