Pros
There are some very talented employees here but unfortunately most of them are in the process of leaving the company.
Cons
Poor management, inefficient processes, poor culture, aggressive management style, overworked employees, the list is endless and the extremely high rate of attrition reflects how difficult the working environment has become.
