Pros

Barely any Pros. There are some nice people who help you, which is like every other organisation. No special pros as such.

Cons

- Claim to be a corporate but its more like a proprietary firm. - One man rule. - You are asked to be creative and bring out ideas. New ideas once submitted are stalled for months, the ideas are barely discussed. When asked about the pending discussions cheap excuses are made which delays the execution and then you are blamed for not being particular about work. New ideas are seldom implemented. - It's a Traditional company, don't even expect tissue papers being available in the washrooms. - No canteen service. Only tea served to the employees which is sub standard. - You cannot leave the office premise even if you're dying of starvation. - Strict Working hours (with half hour punch in buffer but you are strictly asked to not use this privilege). No flexibility. No Work From Home. - Mandatory Holidays like Labour day (1st Maharashtra) and 2nd October are skipped with unpaid remuneration. - Asking for a leave is a task in itself. - HR team is busy with organising team building activities once every month, which causes undue burden on employees making them work extra hours. - No proper parking space available. No Lift facility. No Power backup. Frequent power failures occur at the premise that adds to the working hours so as to fulfill the deadline. - Sometimes the deadlines are absurd and unrealistic. Some people with privileges abuse their power and make others work extra. - No learning opportunities. - Dance to the tunes of the owner. - Unorderly conduct. - Reports of misbehavior and use of improper language with female staff. - Reports (i dont have a proof) of sexual misconduct towards females by top executives. - No work life balance. - Payment lower than industry standards. - Pray that your computer system works fine, changing even a mouse/keyboard takes ages. - Too much gossiping, either be a sheep like them or leave the firm. - People are asked to share their love stories at birthdays. Failed love stories are made fun of, people pass disturbing comments and create linkups. - This company would make sense in some developing village and not in a metropolitan city like Mumbai.

Pros

Salary gets on time every month

Cons

Lot's of work pressure...which seems genuine sometimes. But one has to compromise their own health and personal life. No work life balance.

Pros

1. There are some very supportive and helpful team leaders in the DTP team, such as vikas, trupti and amol. I had the opportunity to work with them and they were always very kind and encouraging. 2. The company also ensures that salaries are paid on time without any delays or issues, which is highly appreciated. 3. This companies Notes are very good I have personally used

Cons

1. The DTP department is managed by two HODs with different approaches, which often creates confusion and affects the operators. 2. The DTP HOD rarely stands up for the team or clearly communicates their role, which I noticed even after years of experience. 3. The DTP team is often blamed for issues and is required to work extra hours, including being called in on Sundays. 4. I once had to stay until midnight without being provided dinner or travel support—regardless of whether the employee was male or female. 5. Employees in the DTP department don’t feel valued, and there seems to be a lack of future growth opportunities. Please Think Before Join in this company sepcially dtp department
