Nice family orientated people, great training, cares about the employees

not enough pay, customers are brute, some coworkers are just mean

Most of the employees are nice, they do offer benefits, vacation time/sick leave, and 401k after a year.

They allow one person, the most unprofessional person in the office, run the entire rail department. NONE of the employees respect her and almost none of the customers or drayage companies we work with want to deal with her. BUT thats the one they decided to promote to handle their business. Which is probably the reason they are going under.
