      Pros

      Great place to learn a lot. They truly value their interns and pay them very generously. Great people who are fun. Lots of activities outside of the office. Amazing opportunities for personal growth and networking. Great work/life balance, especially considering the nature of D.C.

      Cons

      Gorgeous, but poor location in Alexandria (in a large office complex but isolated from D.C., King Street-Alexandria, and other amenities like restaurants).

      When the staff is all in-sync everyone is quite effective and proficient at their tasks.

      Cons

      The intimate nature of the small team means that any personnel issues or disagreements can have an outsized impact on goal-completion.
