Thank you for your review. I want to assure you that we always strive to match our tutors with opportunities that align with their skills and experience. However, since we rely on Local Authorities and Schools to reach out to us when they have a referral, and these requests are fully dependant on the needs of the young people, it can be challenging to predict how much work will be available at any given time.
During the onboarding process, we do our best to communicate that there are no guaranteed hours to help set expectations. While we saw an increase in work in your area when you applied, things haven’t continued as we hoped, and we haven’t been able to recommend you for any placements yet.
We completely understand your frustration and want you to know that we are committed to supporting the young people we work with by recruiting the best tutors who can truly make a difference. In the meantime, please do contact us if you would still be interested in continuing to be considered for work with us so that we may do our best to make this situation right.
