Pros
Never get bonus, never get incentives (if applicable), no perks, non existent HR team, culture is not salvageable. Clearly no pros...you are committing career suicide by working at Targus. It has potential, but only if the CEO leaves this company. You have been warned.
Cons
The company has so much potential, but it's dragged down by the CEO. A egocentric, narcissist and incredibly mean person. I've sat in meetings where he absolutely destroys people for not reaching revenues that are completely impossible, or objectives that he, himself, is the reason for the failure. If Mikel Williams is still CEO when you apply, run, don't walk. I'm serious, not good here for you. You'll be churned in months and ruined for a lifetime.
