      I am happy to say that Tarion has once again been independently certified as a Great Place to Work based on staff feedback. I believe that part of what goes into that is our commitment to supporting a values based workplace with a real commitment to supporting each other!

      Cons

      We ain't perfect! But we are committed to learning from our mistakes and always trying to get better!

      Pros

      very good work culture. great people makes you want to stay in the company longer. Very understanding. great benefits. I have 90% coverage on everything. unlimited sick days 20+ vacation days after only 5 years. lots of flexibility with work life balance. hybrid work environment.

      Cons

      salary can definitely be higher for everyone. Would say wage is in the medium range. not poor but not great. Ex, making 69.5 K with bonus makes it 75k and this is after being with company over 5 years.
