Pros
This branch location is run more like a brick and mortar, management understands when life happens to its employees and doesn't generally penalize unnecessarily. Company is super receptive to allowing employees to grow their experience and sets their expectations accordingly.
Cons
The company has a very poor benefits package that isn't sustainable for anyone with a family, work life balance is pretty mid tier with very little PTO and Vacation, Company can be VERY slow to repair and replace tools sometimes opting to replace fully broken shop tools with slightly less broken hand me downs from other branches.
