Upper management and the owners are great people who really care about the growth of the company. It was great to work for an organization where you could see owners literally getting their hands dirty to make the job better. The work life balance is great. It's like a family thete. They really do care.

dont care about you or what you do there just do it faster and better with equipment that breaks often with no maintenance on sight for anything. steal designs form other companys while worried there designs might get stolen insurance is a joke, unskilled management keep the ones that dont know how to do there jobs run out the ones that do. cause the ones that know make the rest look bad.
