Great co-workers and management. Casual, but hardworking company. Room for growth. One of the best places I've ever Worked.
Cons
Bottom line for me was lack of compensation, especially compared to other employees of the company, and my level of experience and education. You can love your CEO, Co-workers, and overall company, but if you are not recognized and compensated for your contribution, no job is worth it. A year after I left I was making literally twice what I was being paid, for similar work at Tarrytech.
