      Clean facility, Most people are friendly.

      Cons

      Consistently understaffed. Almost zero room for advancement. Pay scale is not competitive for the trade. Poor employee retention and no recruitment efforts to build up a skilled staff. Management constantly changing.

      Pros

      Great pay, plenty of overtime if you want to work, great bonus, free clinic for your family

      Cons

      Gossip with negative employees that don’t want to work fight managers that are trying to make it a decent place. Many think the grass is greener but honestly the company is way better than places I have ever worked. No more overtime than was ever expected in the past at other places.
