      Pros

      Nice office, full of food, thats about it.

      Cons

      Bad culture. Demand about 11 hours of work per day. Plus you need to be available 24/7. All this for 9k/per moth

      - Constant learning - Great leadership ( Always supportive and super flexible) - The team & people are soo connected as well as always ready to help each other - Onboarding and the welcome gifts are incredible - Startup environment and lots of room for suggestions as well as ideas for building process
