PTO and vacation time off, occasional meals to get you to go to meetings, easy on being late, break times, regular overtime if you want it.
Cons
Lousy benefits, keep running out of material but no change in due dates, constantly (daily) changing priorities, management is clueless and lies to employees. Treats us like without their specific direction, we would forget how to breathe. A lot of racism and discrimination against women.
