      Pros

      Boutique employment agency specializing in temporary and permanent administrative support. A team of hard working happy people in the heart of Flatiron. Great client connections in the industry. Recruiters that care about the best interest of the candidate, not just the client. That's rare in staffing these days.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons, it's weird that there is a 20 word minimum in this field. So I will keep entering text until I get to 20 words.

      The recruiters are very helpful and found me positions that fit my skillset and background.

      Sometimes there are no work assignments.

      Pros

      The staff are nice and really want you to get a position; they'll help you to that end. They also love to help out others in need of work and will happily accept referrals for your friends if they've enjoyed working with you.

      Cons

      The only significant downside is the downside that comes with any temp agency, which is that you'll be underpaid until the company they've connected you with decides to take you on full time.
