      Pros

      I learned alot. The people working there were mostly solid in an overwhelming majority.

      Cons

      Not keeping with industry standards for pay. Lack of organization Lack of planning Lack of communication Inconsistent benefit offerings for healthcare Lack of clarity on stats and progression depending on your leadership Shortage of advancement opportunities Lots of broken promises from management The technical roles in the United States have been mostly gutted following the recent layoffs I was part of.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
