Pay on time, sometimes even the day before

They are in the middle of a layoff and were not open to negotiate the way to give the compensation, which they have to give by law, it is not a bonus. Forced us to choose between a mediocre option, at best, or an awful option. With the only 3rd option to go through the government, knowing full well that their employees may not have the resources to take on the long process.
