      Cons

      The company need to improve the administrative things, like grow salaries and better communication. Also support the entry engineers to understand the real procedures in the case of Microsoft

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
