      Constant growing, humble management, open minded.

      Cons

      Bad salaries for the people growing inside the company. If you have an opinion, it doesn't matter, Tek already took a decision. You have to park on street.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
